William Bloebaum has extensive experience in engineering and software development, currently serving as a Managing Software Developer at IBM since February 2025. Prior to this role, William was an Engineering Manager at Dialexa, an IBM Company, from January 2023 to February 2025, and a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from September 2019 to January 2023. William also worked at AT&T as a Sr Specialist in the Technology Development Program from July 2017 to September 2019 and gained early experience as an Electrical Engineering Intern at AEI/Affiliated Engineers, Inc. in summer 2016, contributing to electrical distribution designs and 3D modeling. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, earned in 2017, following a high school diploma from Brophy College Preparatory in 2013.
