Xiang

Xiang (Claire) Ma is a seasoned data scientist and operations researcher with extensive experience in analytics and optimization. They worked as a Project Lead Analyst at the Centre for Operations Excellence and served as an Operations Research Scientist at BC Cancer Agency, where they developed advanced analytics models for cancer care. At IBM, Xiang held various roles, ultimately becoming a Senior Manager and Senior Advisory Data Scientist, leading advanced analytics solution design and project management. They hold a dual B.Sc. in Statistics and Psychology, as well as a Master's degree in Operations Research from The University of British Columbia, and are currently pursuing further education at Sun Yat-sen University.
