Xiaoli Xiaoli is a professional in the field of engineering with extensive experience in device engineering. Currently serving as a Dev Eng at IBM since September 2023, Xiaoli previously worked at GlobalFoundries from April 2016 to March 2022, holding positions such as Principal Engineer, Member of Technical Staff, and Senior Engineer.
