Xin Tie

Xin Tie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource management and project implementation at IBM, where they served as EA COO from 2016 to 2017 and held roles such as Resource Deployment Manager and PM. Prior to IBM, Xin worked as a Manage Consultant at Career International and briefly served as a Quality Management Director at 华夏幸福基业股份有限公司 in 2017. Xin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire between 2004 and 2006.
