Yi Yang

Yi Yang is an innovative network architect with over 20 years of experience in network architecture, development, deployment, and customer engagement. They currently serve as a Master Inventor at IBM, where they lead the evolution of the Virtual Private Cloud Control Plane Network and contribute to the Networking IDT Patent Committee. Previously, Yi worked at Cisco as a Technical Leader, where they designed and implemented key integrations for OpenStack and OpenDaylight, and held the position of Chief Architect at Sockrate. Yi holds a Master's degree in Computer Vision from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University.
