Ying Shang

Ying Shang is currently the Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs at IBM (China), with over 18 years of experience spanning government, public services, and the private sector. They have developed strong relationships with senior officials in central and provincial governments and demonstrated excellent analytical abilities in navigating public policies and regulations. Previously, Ying served as the Division Director at the State Information Center, overseeing economic data coordination and real-time financial systems. They also worked as the Principal Training Expert for the Eu-China Information Society Project, where they led e-government training programs for government officials. Ying is pursuing an MBA in General Management from the University of Leicester.
