Yu Luo is a Senior Engineer at IBM, where they have been since 2012. Previously, they worked as a Senior Scientist at Dow Chemical, specializing in electroplating product development and process engineering. Earlier in their career, they were a Research Chemist at Rohm and Haas, focused on the formulation of electroplating solutions. Yu holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry with a concentration in Electrochemistry and Surface Science from Case Western Reserve University and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Chemistry at Jilin University.
