Alexandre Pires

Alexandre Pires is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in the fields of International Relations, Economics, and Social Sciences. Currently serving as a Professor Titular at Ibmec since 2019, Alexandre previously held positions as an Assistant Professor at both UNESP and the University of São Paulo, specializing in Applied Statistics, Sociology, and Economic Development. Alexandre’s research background includes roles as a doctoral researcher at FFLCH USP and as a research scholarship recipient at CNPq, contributing to social sciences. Alexandre holds a Doctoral Degree from USP, a Master's Degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and a Bachelor's Degree from UEL.
