Allan Fallet

Allan Fallet is a seasoned tax law professional and academic, currently serving as Partner and Head of Tax at Duarte Garcia, Serra Netto e Terra since October 2024. With extensive teaching experience, Allan holds positions as Professor of Tax Law at various institutions, including Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, Fundação Getulio Vargas, and Faculdade Brasileira de Tributação. Additionally, Allan contributes as an Administrative Judge for both the Conselho Municipal de Tributos and the Tribunal de Impostos e Taxas do Estado de São Paulo.
