Edson Teixer

Edson Teixer, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serves as the Managing Partner at IRKO Outsourcing in Rio de Janeiro, overseeing outsourcing, consulting, and auditing operations. With a robust background spanning over two decades at PwC, including roles as Audit Partner and Human Resources Partner, Edson has led significant projects, trained audit teams, and ensured the success of international financial audits. Edson is also an Advisory Board Member at SHP Corporate University and a Statutory Audit Committee Coordinator at Eneva, while actively contributing to academia as a professor at Ibmec. Moreover, Edson is a co-founder of Kont4You, focusing on digital transformation for small businesses, and is an active member of the SME Implementation Group at the IFRS Foundation.
