Fernando Ruiz

Fernando Ruiz is the Managing Director and Founder of NeoStrategy Consulting, specializing in management consulting with a focus on strategy, financial, and M&A projects since June 2013. Concurrently, Fernando serves as a Partner and Business & Finance Professor at Link School of Business and holds positions as an MBA Professor and Coordinator at Trevisan Escola de Negócios, as well as at Ibmec, Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, and FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração. Additionally, Fernando is active as an angel investor with involvement in Poli Angels, Insper Angels, Babson Angels, and ESPM Angels. Fernando's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Strategy from FGV, postdoctoral research in Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies from Insper, and multiple master's degrees including an MBA in Strategy from ESSEC Business School and a Master's in Business Administration and Management from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo. Fernando holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
