Marcus Teixeira

Marcus Teixeira is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Partner at Arpoador Capital since July 2020, Marcus also holds academic positions as a Professor of M&A and Corporate Governance at Ibmec and FGV Brazil, both since 2015 and 2019 respectively. Previous roles include Director of M&A at Deloitte and Senior Manager of M&A at KPMG, along with managerial positions at InBrands and CETIP.
