Walter Morais

Walter Morais serves as the Coordinator of the Accounting Course at Ibmec BH since January 2020 and has held the position of Executive Director at DMRS Pericia since January 2016, specializing in business expertise, judicial recovery, business evaluation, and accounting planning for judicial recovery. As the President of Demorais GCE, a firm focused on corporate asset management, Walter has extensive experience in accounting, taxation, and corporate law, including fiscal, personnel, and legal accounting services, as well as auditing and accounting expertise. Walter has previously served as a Counselor at the State Education Council of Minas Gerais from May 2018 to January 2020, and as a Coordinator and Professor at Centro Universitário Unihorizontes between January 2005 and January 2020. Walter's academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Corporate Law from PUC Minas, a Master's in Judicial Recovery from Centro Universitário Unihorizontes, and a specialization in Accounting Forensics from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva.
