Eileen Heller

Eileen brings more than 20 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments to her work at iboss, with expertise in recruiting for engineering, technical, and sales roles. With a focus on innovative recruiting strategies, Eileen successfully served as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Intepros Consulting for 10 years. Prior to that, she worked for nine years at Network Plus as The Director of Recruitment and successfully led the company’s aggressive growth strategy as they went public. Her ability to build strategic, best-in-class recruiting teams while streamlining and standardizing the process will greatly benefit iboss’ expansive planned growth. Eileen graduated from Seton Hall University and resides south of Boston with her husband, daughter, and son.
