Richard Killmister has extensive experience in technical account management, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at iboss since August 2022. Prior to this, Richard held the same position at Blue Coat Systems from March 2009 to June 2022, providing technical support to named accounts. Richard's career began as a Technical Support Engineer at Symantec, where responsibilities included managing technical support for the Central Region EMEA and Compliance & Security Management between October 2005 and December 2008. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Land Management from the University of East London, completed between 1993 and 1995, and attended St Edmunds College, Ware from 1984 to 1986.
