Drea Modugno

Drea Modugno is currently the Director of Government Affairs at Ibotta, a role they began in 2025. Drea previously held several positions at Meta, including Manager of Privacy Public Policy and Manager of Governance, Public Affairs, where they led public affairs strategies and advised on legislative risks. Prior to that, Drea served as a Legal Intern at the Northern California Innocence Project and as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Santa Clara University's Office of the General Counsel. They also served as a Senior Government Affairs Manager for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, managing a statewide regulatory portfolio. Drea is pursuing their dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and English at Santa Clara University.
