Marisa Daspit

Marisa Daspit is currently the SVP People at Ibotta. Marisa has previously worked as the Director Organizational Effectiveness at Welltok, Inc. from September 2017 to December 2018. There, they were responsible for designing and implementing employee experiences that supported an engaged and committed workforce. Before that, they worked as the Director of Talent Development at Centura Health from March 2016 to September 2017. There, they were a member of the Human Resources leadership team and led development and engagement strategies in a diverse operating group made up of over 6,000 associates. Marisa has also worked as the Director, HR Operations & KPCO Center for Continuous Improvement at Kaiser Permanente from June 2008 to February 2016.

Marisa Daspit holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado Denver.
