Rob Tavi

Rob Tavi serves as the Chief Executive Officer at IBS Electronics Group since January 2001, leading the company in delivering innovative electronic components and logistic solutions as an ISO 9001:2015 & AS9120B certified distributor. Prior to this, Rob held the position of Managing Director at Kadho Inc. (November 2017 - March 2021), focusing on educational opportunities, and served as CFO for the professional GRID team, LA Reign (2014 - 2018). Additionally, Rob co-founded Tear Diagno LLC (2010 - 2016), which specializes in innovative ophthalmic diagnostics and cataract surgical devices. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and is currently enrolled in the OPM Executive Program at Harvard Business School from May 2024 to March 2026.
