Bartek Dobija

Bartek Dobija is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Head of Product Development and Engineering at IBS Software, Bartek manages a team of approximately 300 professionals in an Agile environment, focusing on the development of a SaaS, API-first product for the travel vertical. Previously, Bartek acted as Software Engineering Manager and CTO at VIWELL, where responsibilities included overseeing the company’s largest business unit. Bartek's background also encompasses roles as Engineering Manager at Tradeling and Reaktor, providing consultancy in cloud systems, API architecture, and DevSecOps. Bartek's career features a significant tenure at Majid Al Futtaim, where leadership was demonstrated in developing a customer-centric data analytics platform. Bartek holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University.
