Ganesh Iyer

Ganesh Iyer has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Ganesh started their career at NIIT in 2004 as a GL and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined IBS Software as a Trainer in the HRD department and stayed there until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, Ganesh worked as a Team Leader in Training at IBS, managing a team of 5 technical trainers and overseeing training material preparation and budget. Ganesh then moved on to become an Assistant Manager in Training & Development at IBS from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, Ganesh took on the role of a Learning Consultant, where they developed and maintained technical training plans and strategies, consulted with business units to strategize learning plans, managed e-learning initiatives, and more. Ganesh continued to progress within IBS, becoming a Manager of Learning Development from 2015 to 2017 and then a Senior Manager of Learning & Development from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Ganesh is the Global Head of Learning and Development at IBS Software since June 2018.

Ganesh Iyer's education history includes a Management Development Program in Managing Training from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2015, an MBA in Human Resources from Annamalai University from 2009 to 2011, an MCA in Computer Application from ICFAI from 2007 to 2009, an ACCP in Computer Application from APTECH from 2000 to 2002, a B.
