Ioana Stan

Ioana Stan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aviation and software industries. Currently serving as the Lead Product Consultant at IBS Software since February 2023, Ioana previously worked at Etihad for nearly a decade, most recently as Principal Subject Matter Expert & Change Manager for the Operations Control Transformation Project. In this role, Ioana led the development and implementation of a customized software solution to optimize processes at Abu Dhabi International Airport, managing a team of Subject Matter Experts. Ioana's earlier roles at Etihad included Subject Matter Expert and Network Controller, with additional experience as a Flight Dispatcher and Customer Sales and Service Agent at Emirates and Saga Collection International, respectively. Ioana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The Open University.
