Sandhya M Subramonyan

Sandhya M Subramonyan has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Sandhya started their career as a Software Engineer at IBS Software Services in 2000. From there, they worked as a Consultant at Family Services of the Merrimack Valley. Sandhya then joined McKinsey & Company as a Senior Programmer/Analyst (Consultant) before taking on the role of Groupware Developer at Nielsen. In 2009, Sandhya became a Technical Product Manager at AMSTAT, where they delivered the product roadmap for the AMSTAT Premier product suite. Sandhya then joined CAMP Systems International, Inc. as a Technical Product Manager for AMSTAT, where they were responsible for the requirements pipeline for development. Since 2014, Sandhya has been with IBS Software, starting as an Engineering Manager - L2 and working their way up to become a Senior Lead Manager - Product Engineering. Their roles at IBS Software have included managing medium to large projects and leading a team of approximately 75 people.

Sandhya M Subramonyan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & Systems from the University of Kerala. Sandhya also has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University. In addition to their formal education, Sandhya has obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2016 and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in August 2013.
