Somit Goyal

Somit Goyal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in product strategy, operations, and customer success across renowned technology companies. Goyal served as Director of Product Strategy at Official Payments, developing a 3-year growth plan, and later progressed through various leadership roles at Microsoft, including General Manager positions and Chief Operating Officer for Worldwide Public Sector. Key achievements include leading transformative initiatives for the Modern Work suite, launching new commercial models, and creating the Customer Success function for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Goyal also held significant roles at SAP, Citicorp, and AOL, and is currently an advisor at datasutra and CEO at IBS Software. Goyal holds an MBA from The Wharton School and INSEAD, as well as a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
