Suresh Kumar

Suresh Kumar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global operations and strategic human resources management. Currently serving as Group Manager HR at IBS Software Services since February 2014, Suresh oversees the corporate HR function for the company. Previously, Suresh worked as an HR Business Consultant at Peopleflare Consulting in 2013 and held the role of HR Business Partner at Oracle Corporation from 1993 to 2012, providing strategic HR support in the Middle East and Africa. Suresh's career began at Bank of Baroda as a Corporate Client Relationship Officer, managing corporate clients' credit and banking services from 1990 to 1993. Suresh holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Leicester and a Post Graduation in Corporate Finance from Gandhiji University.
