Todd Bourg

Todd Bourg currently serves as the Director of Product Management & Services at IBS Software, beginning in April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman Vector following the acquisition of SeaTec Consulting in February 2024. From February 2015 to May 2022, Todd held the position of Director of Product Management at NAVBLUE, where responsibilities included managing product portfolios, driving strategic sales, and engaging in M&A opportunities. Prior to NAVBLUE, Todd was the Director of Planning at Mesa Airlines, responsible for overseeing operational performance and revenue management. Todd also held various roles at ExpressJet Airlines, starting as a Manager of Crew Planning & Manpower Planning. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Central Methodist University and an MBA from Ottawa University.
