Марина Каримова

Марина Каримова is currently the HR for the Северо-Запад cluster at IBS and has been since 2023. Previously, Марина held various HR roles including Head of HR at ООО МодульТрон from 2017 to 2019, where they focused on staff recruitment, corporate culture, and digital HR processes. They also served as a Leading Personnel Manager at Transtech from 2020 to 2023 and as an HR Manager at multiple organizations, including ООО Блок and Фриланс, throughout 2016 to 2019. Марина began their academic journey at СПБГЭУ, earning a degree in Social and Cultural Services and Tourism, followed by a degree in Psychology and a кандидат наук in Cultural Studies from СПБГИК.
