Benjamin Platek is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources at Yaral Pharma and IBSA USA, Benjamin has previously held key HR leadership roles at IVI RMA Global, Brookfield Renewable, Jet Aviation, Summit Medical Group of New Jersey, Tradeweb, New Jersey Devils, GFI Group, and Madison Square Garden. Throughout a successful career, Benjamin has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and diversity initiatives. An alumnus of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Economics, Benjamin has consistently applied strategic human resource management to support organizational growth and foster positive workplace cultures.
