Derris Loy

Derris Loy serves as the Business Development Director for the North Asia Dermoaesthetic Division at IBSA Group since July 2023. Previously, Derris held various leadership roles at Sinclair from July 2019 to June 2023, including Head of Strategic Marketing for China and Commercial Lead for APAC, overseeing significant brands such as Ellanse and MaiLi. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Therapeutic Area Manager at Menarini Asia-Pacific, directing launches across six countries for dermatology and aesthetic products, and earlier positions at Aesthetic Medical Device, where pioneering energy-based device sales in Southeast Asia took place. Derris holds a Double Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance from Murdoch University and has completed specialized programs in Negotiation Strategies and Digital Marketing.
