IBSTAC Architects & Planners is an architecture and planning consultancy established in 2012, with its professional foundation rooted in IBST – the Institute for Building Science and Technology. Over more than a decade of independent development, IBSTAC has focused on delivering high-complexity projects aligned with international standards, particularly in high-rise buildings, 5-star hospitality, and urban planning.

We believe that most project failures do not originate during construction, but from incorrect decisions made at the early stages of planning and design. For this reason, IBSTAC approaches every project as a structured system problem—where solutions are developed through a clear understanding of the problem, constraints, objectives, and long-term operational performance.

Rather than positioning ourselves as a conventional design service provider, IBSTAC is committed to transforming practical experience into applicable industry knowledge.
