Unal Sezer is the Head of International Projects and currently serves as CEO and Board Member at Mono, while also lecturing on Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at Kocaeli Health and Technology University. Sezer earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering in 2003 and a master's degree in Data Mining in 2006 from Kocaeli University. They began their career as a Software Engineer at Sabancı Holding in 2003, later working at IBTech A.Ş. where they held various leadership roles, including Head of Digital Banking Channels until 2021. In 2021, Sezer was appointed General Manager at ICTECH, continuing to contribute as a board member.
