At Ibtikar Fund we believe in the disruptive and transformative power of technology startups. We look for founders willing to take risks and go out of their comfort zones and partner with them as they scale their companies throughout MENA and beyond.

Ibtikar invests in Palestinian entrepreneurs both from within Palestine and from the broader MENA region.
