Eula Minyard

Eula Minyard possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in management and coordination roles across various industries. Eula began a career at Olive Garden, serving as a Service Manager from May 2010 to February 2015, and gained further experience as a Regional General Manager at Yum! Brands until December 2017. Following this, Eula worked as a Sales Coordinator at Messina’s at the Terminal and held multiple roles at Hunt Guillot & Associates, including Case Manager, Underwriting Analyst, and Program Grant's Specialist II from November 2021 to April 2022. Eula's recent experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager and AGM at Buffalo Wild Wings in early 2020, eventually progressing to the position of Work Order Manager at IBTS - Institute for Building Technology and Safety since October 2025. Eula holds an Associate of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Excelsior College and a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Excelsior University.
