Roger Kroh is currently the Planning and Zoning Manager for the Kansas City Region at IBTS - Institute for Building Technology and Safety, a position held since 2014. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Planning and Development for the City of Lenexa from 2002 to 2009 and for Johnson County, Kansas from 1995 to 2002. In 2010, they briefly owned a planning consultancy before becoming the Energy Conservation Programs Manager at the Mid America Regional Council, where they worked until 2013. Roger holds a Master of Public Administration in City Management from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kansas State University.
