Louis Jacob

Louis Jacob currently serves as SVP and CTO at iBwave Solutions Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of technology that enhance in-building wireless experiences. Previous roles include a position on the Board of Directors for the Digital ID and Authentication Council of Canada, and Vice President roles at Manulife, where key contributions involved large-scale technology transformations, talent development, and digital strategy implementation across multiple business lines. Prior to Manulife, Louis held various leadership positions at Standard Life and Radialpoint, focusing on technology partnerships, software engineering, and account management within North America and Europe. Louis holds a B. Eng. in Computer Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and completed the Senior Leadership Development Program at Manulife.
