Ecem Kara

Ecem Kara is a finance and human resources professional with diverse experience across multiple sectors. Ecem began as a Human Resources Intern at HUGO BOSS in July 2019 and later held roles at SunExpress as a Revenue & Cost Control Intern and KPMG Türkiye as an Auditor, where responsibilities included auditing financial statements and analyzing variances. Ecem has served as a Financial Decision Support Specialist at Turk Telekom since March 2022, focusing on business plans, budget management, and compliance with financial regulations. Currently, Ecem is working as a Budget Planning and Reporting Supervisor at IC HOLDİNG since September 2025. Ecem holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hacettepe Üniversitesi and has pursued additional education in Management Information Systems at Anadolu Üniversitesi. Ecem also obtained a degree in Business from AGH University of Science and Technology.
