Lee Smith

Lee Smith is a co-author of *People-First Internal Communication* and a strategy partner at IC Partners, where they work with global clients to enhance employee communication. As a co-founder of The EX Space, Lee contributes to a community focused on improving employee experiences. Previously, Lee served as Head of Internal Communication at Ernst & Young and held various roles in public relations and corporate communication across multiple organizations. Lee holds an MSc in Corporate Communication & Reputation Management from The University of Manchester and has a CAM Diploma from Solihull College.
