James Cunningham

James Cunningham is currently the Business Director and Global Head of Business Development at IC Resources, leading a team that specializes in sales and marketing recruitment within the semiconductor, electronics, and software sectors. With a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Aberdeen, James began their career as a Graduate Engineer at Mitel and later worked as an Etch Process Engineer at Zarlink Semiconductor, where they developed a dark current test street for CMOS imaging sensors. James has also held positions such as Customer Project Manager at X-FAB Semiconductor Foundries before ascending to a leadership role at IC Resources, where they provide worldwide recruitment services across various commercial roles.
