Michael Cao

Michael Cao is the CEO of IC3D Printers. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Honda R&D Americas, Inc. from August 2003 to June 2016. Michael was responsible for leading the interior design team for the 2017 Honda / Acura NSX and successfully completed various other vehicle interior and seat design projects. Michael has a strong background in 3D CAD modeling and design and was also a part of the Overseas Assignment Program (OAP) as a Design Engineer in Honda R&D Japan. Michael Cao is highly efficient and excels at communication and decision making, which has helped him keep teams engaged and projects on track despite shifting priorities and intense pressure. Michael has a proven track record of successful project management and is known for their dedication to quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Michael Cao graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Michael is certified from the National Minority Supplier Development Council in MBE (Minority Business Enterprise).
