Sofia Andersson

Sofia Andersson is an experienced professional in the fields of data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as a Business Translator at ICA Gruppen since April 2020. Prior to this role, Sofia held various positions at IBM between September 2015 and April 2020, including Managing Consultant and Practice Leader for Cognitive & Analytics. Sofia's earlier experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Scandinavian Gene Synthesis in mid-2015, and a board member position at Cremona Chalmers Bokhandel AB from May 2014 to August 2015. Additionally, Sofia contributed to Fujirebio Diagnostics AB as a Master's thesis worker in early 2015. Educationally, Sofia obtained a Master's Degree in Biotechnology from Chalmers University of Technology in 2015, following a Bachelor's Degree from the same institution in 2012. Leadership experience includes serving as Vice President and Student Safety and Welfare Representative within the Student Division of Chemical Engineering with Physics and Biological Engineering at Chalmers University from January to November 2011.
