Sofia Steinwall

Sofia Steinwall has extensive experience in marketing and innovation within ICA Gruppen, serving in various leadership roles since May 2007, including Head of Innovation & Concept Development, Head of Marketing Campaigns, and Head of Marketing for ICA Supermarket. Responsibilities have included leading marketing teams, overseeing campaign strategies across numerous stores and media channels, managing the private label brand portfolio, and handling sponsorship initiatives. Prior to ICA, Sofia was a Project Coordinator at Venture Cup, where support was provided to aspiring entrepreneurs. Sofia holds a Master’s degree in Business and Marketing from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and has completed a certificate in Brand and Business Strategy at Berghs School of Communication, along with additional education from Hyper Island.
