Sofia Swärd

Sofia Swärd is an accomplished project and marketing communication manager with extensive experience in strategic project leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager for Marketing Communication at ICA Gruppen since February 2018, Sofia is responsible for the production of ICA's advertising concepts and leading major retail campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and sales. Additionally, Sofia founded Paus Kommunikation in March 2013, providing expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand management. Previous roles include Project Marketing Manager at Reitan Convenience, Campaign Manager at 7-Eleven, and Marketing Manager at c/o Hotels, among others, demonstrating a robust background in marketing and communications.
