Fred Lundquist

Fred Lundquist is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the financial services and collections industries. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at The CMI Group, Inc. since October 2022, Fred has previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales at ConServe, Senior Vice President of Client Solutions at ERC, and Executive Vice President of Business Development at both Windham Professionals and Northland Group. Additionally, Fred's career includes over two decades at Allied Interstate and experience as a Signals Intelligence Analyst with the US Army. Fred holds a degree from the University of Minnesota.
