Benoît Barillier is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, including 9 years as an Asset Management Director in southern first crown regions. They currently serve as the Head of Investment at Icade Foncière, where they focus on repositioning existing assets and strategically diversifying into data centers and managed residential properties. Previously, Benoît held positions at GE Capital, Ernst & Young, and Gecina, where they honed their skills in credit analysis, corporate restructuring, and asset management.
