David FRANC

David Franc is currently the Directeur Opérationnel at Icade, overseeing operations in the Languedoc-Roussillon region with an annual revenue of €70 million. They manage a team of nine collaborators and focus on diverse project types, including residential housing, offices, and senior living facilities. Previously, David served as the Directeur de Programmes at Icade, where they managed the development of residential and public projects and led teams in various capacities from 1997 to 2020. David holds a BTS in Building/Public Works from Blaise Pascal Rouen and has extensive experience in project management and development.
