Frederic LAROSE

Frederic Larose is currently the Responsable Immobilier Géré for IDF, Bretagne, Normandie, Hauts-de-France, and Grand Est, where they oversee the development of managed real estate assets across various sectors, including hospitality and senior housing. Frederic has previously held positions as Responsable développement immobilier at European Homes and COFFIM, as well as Gestionnaire immobilier at Gecina and Responsable de programmes junior at Emerige. They earned a Master’s degree in asset management from Sciences-U Paris and have an educational background that includes a BTS in Real Estate and a Licence in property program management. Over the years, Frederic has demonstrated versatility and a results-oriented approach, focusing on impactful projects and collaboration with committed partners.
