Vincent Wei

Vincent Wei has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and electronics industry. Vincent is currently working at iCana as the VP of Manufacturing since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at HuaWei as an Expert in the Precision Manufacturing Laboratory from July 2019 to March 2020. Vincent also has considerable experience at Tong Hsing Electronic Ind. where they worked for over a decade. Vincent held various positions such as Manager of the Sales Department, Supervisor of the Advanced Packaging Development in the R&D team, and Senior Engineer in RF packaging. Their responsibilities included managing outsourced manufacturing services, developing new business opportunities, and working on advanced technologies in the field of Power/RF products and wafer back-end processes.

Vincent Wei pursued their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Electronics Engineering, specializing in RFIC Design, from 2004 to 2008 at Chang Gung University.
