Amanda Baber is currently the IANA Operations Sr. Manager at ICANN, where they assist in maintaining protocol parameter registries and manage escalated requests while serving as a subject matter expert for cross-functional projects. Previously, Amanda held positions as IANA Operations Manager and Lead IANA Services Specialist at ICANN, where they focused on creating and maintaining registries and establishing internal practices. They began their career in the editorial field with internships at The Wichita Eagle and later worked as a Content Editor/Data Validation Specialist at Veritasiti, Inc./Media Data Corp. Amanda earned a Bachelor's Degree in English from Pomona College and is currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Computer Programming at Santa Monica College.
