David Huberman has over 25 years of experience in Internet governance and public policy. David's past roles include Principal Program Manager at Oracle and Microsoft, and Senior Program Manager at Global Crossing. They also held positions at ARIN and served as a Network Engineer at Telocity. David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major from Indiana University Bloomington from 1992 to 1996.
