Patrick TSE

Patrick Tse, CPP®, is a task-oriented security professional and natural leader with extensive experience in security management across the APAC and Indo-Pacific regions. They served as a Naval Officer with the Republic of Singapore Navy from 2002 to 2014 before transitioning to leadership roles in various security positions, including Regional Security Senior Manager at ICANN from 2023 to 2025. Patrick held significant roles in the Singapore Public Service and Certis, where they led operations and planning efforts. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from Nanyang Technological University and completed an Officer Commission in Naval Studies at Britannia Royal Naval College in the UK.
