Philippe Fouquart

Philippe Fouquart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in naming, numbering, and addressing within the telecommunications sector. Serving as a Senior Expert at Orange since January 1999, Philippe also holds the position of ISPCP Chair at ICANN beginning in November 2022. Additionally, Philippe has been involved with the International Telecommunication Union since May 2001, where roles include ITU-T Study Group Vice-chairman for Operational Aspects and Rapporteur for Question 1/2 concerning numbering and addressing. Philippe's previous experience includes leadership positions at ICANN from October 2017 to September 2022 as GNSO Chair and GNSO Councilor for ISPCP, as well as engineering roles at Thales Information Systems and État-Major des Armées. Philippe holds a Master of Science degree in Pattern Analysis and Neural Networks from Aston University, complemented by education at ENSIIE.
